Crude supply expressions of interest are now open

Qualified producers, national oil companies, traders and authorised mandates may register interest for future feedstock opportunities.

Kertih Refinery is inviting qualified counterparties to register non-binding expressions of interest for potential crude oil supply opportunities. The registration supports early technical, commercial and compliance screening; it is not a tender, purchase order or award.

Submissions should identify the crude grade, origin, typical assay characteristics, available monthly volume, delivery window, loading port and proposed commercial basis. Counterparties must be able to complete beneficial-ownership, sanctions, anti-bribery and source-of-funds due diligence.

All opportunities remain subject to refinery compatibility, economics, internal approvals, applicable law and mutually executed contracts. Kertih Refinery does not charge application, registration or processing fees.
